: Hair Expert

Location: Pune, Surat, Hyderabad, Delhi - 45K in hand + incentive

Experience: 3+ years

Age: 25 or above

6 days working (tuesday fixed off)

Working time: 10 am to 7 pm or 11 am to 8 pm

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance on hair replacement systems.
2. Execute cutting and fitting procedures for hair replacements.
3. Achieve team sales targets by promoting hair systems to clients.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in barbering, men's and women's hair cutting, and coloring.
2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Professional appearance and demeanor.
4. Honest, diligent, and hardworking.
5. Willingness to learn new techniques.
6. Solid adaptability to varying client needs.

Hiring Process:

- Submit your resume along with work photographs showcasing unisex hair work (70% male & 30% female).
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo a practical interview, demonstrating haircuts, coloring, or other assigned tasks by the Technical Head or Department Managers at Advanced Hair Studio. Models may be required.
- Successful candidates proceed to a final interview via Skype/zoom with the Technical Head.
- Completion of HR formalities concludes the hiring process.
