Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and professional Gym Instructor to guide clients in their fitness journey. The candidate will be responsible for conducting workout sessions, designing exercise routines, demonstrating correct exercise techniques, and ensuring a safe and motivating gym environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide clients through workout routines and exercise programs based on their fitness goals.
- Design personalized workout plans for weight loss, muscle building, strength training, and overall fitness.
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure correct posture during workouts.
- Monitor clients’ progress and modify workout plans as required.
- Provide guidance on warm-up, stretching, cool-down, and injury prevention.
- Ensure all gym equipment is used safely and maintained in valuable working condition.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline within the gym.
- Motivate clients and provide ongoing fitness support and encouragement.
- Monitor clients during workouts to minimize the risk of injuries.
- Maintain client workout records and track fitness progress.
- Provide basic fitness and exercise guidance within the scope of professional training.
- Ensure a professional, friendly, and welcoming environment for all gym users.

Required Qualifications & Skills




- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Gym Instructor, Fitness Trainer, or Personal Trainer.
- Certification in fitness training, personal training, or a related field will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of strength training, cardio exercises, free weights, and gym equipment.
- Understanding of workout programming, exercise techniques, and basic fitness principles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, disciplined, punctual, and client-focused personality.
- Ability to motivate clients and provide individual attention.
- Knowledge of gym safety, hygiene, and injury-prevention practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in premium gyms, private gyms, luxury residences, or personal fitness training will be preferred.
- Should be confident in handling clients with different fitness levels.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Should be comfortable providing personalized fitness guidance.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000, depending on experience and skills.
