Job Responsibilities

1. Morning Activities

- Lead guests on morning nature walks and trekking activities.
- Conduct group activities, morning fitness sessions, and warm-up exercises.
- Motivate guests to participate actively in scheduled activities.
- Ensure guest safety and proper group coordination during trekking and outdoor activities.

2. Daytime Indoor & Outdoor Games

Indoor Games:

- Organize Carrom, Chess, Tambola, Musical Chairs, Quizzes, and Dumb Charades.

Outdoor Games:

- Conduct Volleyball, Cricket, Badminton, Tug of War, Treasure Hunts, and Team Challenges.
- Organize customized games for couples, families, corporate groups, and friends.
- Plan fun activities and engaging games for children and families.

3. Evening Entertainment & DJ Nights

- Host and anchor DJ nights while engaging and entertaining guests.
- Organize dance competitions, couple games, and group challenges.
- Conduct Bollywood quizzes, Guess the Song, Dance Battles, and fun contests.
- Encourage guests to participate in stage activities and entertainment programs.
- Coordinate with the DJ team to create a lively and entertaining atmosphere.

4. Guest Engagement & Hospitality





- Welcome guests and provide information about daily activities and entertainment schedules.
- Prepare activity schedules according to different guest groups and their preferences.
- Collect guest feedback and work towards improving guest satisfaction.
- Host resort events, celebrations, and special occasions.
- Coordinate with the social media team to create guest-approved reels, photos, and activity videos.

Required Skills
- Energetic, confident, and outgoing personality.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Excellent anchoring, public speaking, and crowd-management skills.
- Knowledge of indoor and outdoor games.
- Basic knowledge of music and DJ entertainment coordination.
- Experience in resorts, camps, events, adventure tourism, or entertainment is preferred.
- Basic first-aid knowledge and awareness of outdoor safety procedures.
