We are looking for energetic, well-groomed and guest-focused GSA - F&B; Service to join our Pre-Opening Team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and escort guests, present menus and take food & beverage orders.
- Provide excellent service in Restaurants, In-Room Dining and Banquets as per MAYFAIR standards.
- Have thorough knowledge of menu, beverages and daily specials.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper set-up of the F&B; outlet before, during and after service.Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
- Handle guest feedback / complaints politely and escalate if required.
- Follow all hygiene, grooming and safety standards.

Requirements

- 10th / 12th / Hotel Management Graduate or Diploma in F&B; Service.




- 0-2 years experience in F&B; Service.
- Freshers with good communication can apply.Experience in 4/5 Star Hotel preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed personality and positive attitude.
- Willing to work in shifts and versatile with duty hours.
