Growth, working closely with the founders The company builds enterprise software for banking, financial services, healthcare and insurance organisations across Southeast Asia, the Middle East and the United States. We are a small, ambitious team working directly with the founders, and we are hiring for our Bangalore office.

- Team of 17 to 18 people, with an office in HSR Layout, Bangalore

- Post-revenue, with existing enterprise customers

- Raised over USD 5 million in a pre-seed round last year

- Selling into highly regulated industries with long, high-value enterprise sales cycles

Role Overview

Our customers are large enterprises in regulated industries, where deals are high in value (USD 200K annual contract value) and sales cycles are long.

As Growth Product

Manager, you will own and solidify the outbound growth machinery that feeds that pipeline: programmatic outbound, SEO, CRM project management and lead lifecycle management.



This is a hands-on role for someone who has driven B2B demand generation for enterprise buyers and wants real ownership in a fast-moving company.

Outbound and demand generation

- Own the outbound growth engine end to end, including programmatic outbound aimed at enterprise accounts

in banking, financial services, healthcare and insurance.

- Design and run B2B demand generation programmes targeted at enterprise decision makers rather than

consumers.

- Work with the founders and sales on ideal customer profiles, account targeting and messaging for long,

multi-stakeholder deals.

SEO and email marketing

- Own SEO strategy and execution, from keyword and content planning to on-page and technical improvements,

tied to pipeline outcomes.

- Plan and run email programmes including outbound sequences, nurture tracks and campaigns, with testing

and measurement built in.

CRM and lead lifecycle

- Own CRM project management in HubSpot: workflows, lead scoring and routing, data quality and reporting.

- Manage the lead lifecycle from first touch through qualification and handoff to sales, with clear stage definitions

and ownership.
