About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion optimization, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, performance campaigns, analytics, and growth strategies to improve marketing effectiveness and generate measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive business growth, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with content, SEO, design, and sales teams to improve marketing performance and lead quality.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, email campaigns, and calls to action to improve conversions.
- Optimize marketing funnels to increase lead conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Develop and execute email marketing, remarketing, and customer engagement campaigns.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and ROI.
- Use analytics and CRM tools to monitor campaign performance and improve lead nurturing processes.
- Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Experiment with new marketing channels, strategies, and tools to achieve sustainable growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, digital marketing,



or performance marketing.
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of SEO, landing-page optimization, marketing funnels, and lead-generation strategies.
- Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, audience segmentation, remarketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize activities based on business impact.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, technology, or lead-generation businesses.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation workflows.
- Understanding of SEO content strategy and organic growth channels.
- Experience using AI-powered marketing tools to improve productivity and campaign performance.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, dashboards, or business intelligence tools is an added advantage.

- Qualified leads generated and lead-to-customer conversion rate.
- Cost per lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Return on ad spend (ROAS) and marketing ROI.
- Website traffic and landing-page conversion rate.
- Marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Campaign performance and budget utilization.
- Customer retention and revenue contribution, where applicable.
