Job Summary

JHS & Associates LLP is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented GRC Manager to oversee governance, risk management, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of risk assessment, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit processes, with the ability to identify risks and recommend effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Review internal controls, policies, procedures, and business processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk-based assessments.
- Identify control gaps and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Prepare risk assessment reports, compliance documentation, and management reports.
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation of compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to address audit observations and mitigate risks.
- Support the development and improvement of risk management policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).




- Track remediation plans and ensure timely closure of identified risks and control deficiencies.
- Present key risk findings and recommendations to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in GRC, risk management, internal audit, or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and internal controls.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and audit procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for a proactive professional with strong expertise in governance, risk, and compliance. The candidate should be capable of independently managing risk assessments, evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance, and recommending process improvements.
