Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Gravity BPM Developer / Consultant with 5+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM), workflow development, and process automation using the Gravity BPM platform.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining business workflows, process models, and application integrations. The candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams to automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver reliable BPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain business workflows using the Gravity BPM tool.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into workflow designs and process models.
- Develop process flows, business rules, forms, task assignments, and approval workflows.
- Configure user roles, access permissions, notifications, escalations, and workflow routing.
- Integrate BPM workflows with external applications, databases, and enterprise systems using APIs or web services.
- Troubleshoot workflow failures, process exceptions, and production issues.
- Optimize existing workflows to improve performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver BPM solutions.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT),



and defect resolution.
- Support application deployments, production releases, and ongoing maintenance.
- Prepare technical documentation, workflow specifications, and user guides.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in BPM development, workflow automation, or process management.
- Hands-on experience with the Gravity BPM tool/platform .
- Strong understanding of BPM concepts, workflow design, process modeling, and business rules.
- Experience developing approval workflows, task management, process routing, and exception handling.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and application integration.
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and implement effective workflow solutions.
- Experience in debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have
- Experience integrating BPM platforms with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or other scripting/programming languages used by the platform.
- Familiarity with workflow monitoring, audit trails, and process performance reporting.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise application environments.
