Role Description The Ground Crew role at Lavender Bakery & Desserts is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Ground

Crew is responsible for supporting daily store operations, including assisting customers at the counter, handling basic point-of-sale and order-entry tasks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in service and seating areas. This role includes coordinating product displays, replenishing stock on shelves, and helping with packaging and delivery dispatch as needed.

Crew also supports safe and effective movement of goods within the premises, works closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams, and follows all hygiene, safety, and quality standards established by the bakery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with guests professionally and handle inquiries effectively.
- Candidates should possess Computer Literacy skills to operate basic point-of-sale systems and manage digital order and inventory tools.
- Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Aircraft and Aviation concepts if the role involves coordination with aviation-related partners or themed services.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols in a food-service environment.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or food service is beneficial; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
