We are looking for a creative professional who can turn briefs into engaging designs and videos for corporate and retail brands. The role involves working across digital campaigns, print collaterals, corporate communications, events and branding projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Understand briefs from the client servicing team, ask relevant questions and develop concepts with the copywriting and creative teams.
- Design social media creatives, digital advertisements, emailers and website graphics.
- Create brochures, presentations, posters, standees and other marketing and internal communication collaterals.
- Develop designs for events, exhibitions, signage, office branding and on-site installations.
- Edit corporate films, interviews, social media reels and other video content, including motion graphics, subtitles, music and voiceovers.
- Translate technical or detailed information into clear, engaging visuals and infographics.
- Follow client brand guidelines and maintain consistency across campaigns and formats.
- Check layouts, text, dimensions and output quality before sharing work; prepare files correctly for print, digital use or production.
- Manage revisions, deadlines and project files while coordinating with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- A strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, layout, colour and composition.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics.




- Working proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW for graphic design.
- Ability to develop original concepts and explain the thinking behind design choices.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn and the ability to handle multiple assignments responsibly.
- Positive understanding of English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi will be an advantage.
- A degree or diploma in Fine Arts, Commercial Arts, Graphic Design, Animation or a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant advertising agency or design studio experience is preferred.

- Experience using AI tools for concept exploration, storyboards, image and video generation, voiceovers and editing.
- Experience designing corporate presentations, print-ready artwork and exhibition or branding collaterals.
- Ability to simplify content for manufacturing, engineering and technology brands.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
