Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in New Delhi.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media assets, presentations, and website graphics.

Responsibilities include developing logos, brand identities, and design systems, selecting and refining typography, and ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints. The role involves collaborating closely with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams to interpret briefs, iterate on design ideas, and deliver polished, production-ready assets within deadlines.

Designer will also prepare files for final output, stay updated on design trends and tools, and contribute to ongoing improvements in design quality and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive and memorable brand identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including font pairing, readability, and stylistic application.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Relevant experience in agency or in-house design roles, with a portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
