Graphic Designer – Performance Marketing

About the Role

We’re looking for a fast, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our performance marketing team. The role primarily involves high-volume creative production, size adaptations, and execution of performance marketing creatives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Photoshop, Canva, and Figma, comfortable with repetitive and bulk design workflows, and capable of delivering 15–20 creatives and/or adaptations per day without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Create performance marketing creatives for digital advertising campaigns.
- Adapt and resize existing creatives for Google, Meta, CRM, and CTWA requirements.
- Deliver 15–20 creatives and size adaptations per day, maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency.
- Work closely with the Art Director and collaborate with Performance Marketing, Marketing, Brand, and Content teams.
- Follow established brand guidelines, creative templates, and campaign requirements.




- Manage multiple design requests efficiently in a energetic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator with the ability to execute designs and adaptations quickly.
- Working knowledge of Canva, and Figma.
- Experience creating digital advertising creatives and adapting designs across multiple formats and placements.
- Comfortable handling high-volume, repetitive design tasks with quick turnaround times.
- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and file management.
- Good to have: Experience designing gaming UI or working on gaming-related visual assets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
