What We’re Looking For is 2+ years of experience in graphic design or visual designStrong understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color) Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma Ability to translate ideas into clear visual stories Attention to detail and consistency Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment Open to feedback and iterative design processes Nice to Have Experience designing for startups, B2B, or digital-first brands Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing design Motion graphics or video-editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)share your portfolio showcasing your design work
