Role Description This is a full-time, in office Graphic Design with Social Media Manager role based in Rajkot. The individual in this role will design visual content for social media, print, and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the institution’s values and brand identity. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics, short videos, and templates, planning and publishing posts across social media channels, and managing content calendars.

The role also involves coordinating social media campaigns, monitoring engagement and performance metrics, and optimizing content for better reach and impact. Collaboration with internal teams to understand upcoming events, initiatives,



and messages for promotion will be an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across platforms.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and values-aligned messages for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills, including the ability to develop content calendars, align messaging with institutional goals, and maintain brand consistency.
- Candidates should possess graphic design skills, including proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software, with a strong sense of layout, color, and typography.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Media, Communications, or a related field are beneficial, along with prior experience managing social media for organizations or brands.
- Additional beneficial qualities include attention to detail, time management, familiarity with social media analytics tools, and an interest in educational and values-based initiatives.
