- Must be from an automobile company OEM only (preferably CV industry) , candidates from auto component supplier cos not eligible
- Should have hands on experience in Government & Institutional Sales
- Should be well versed with GeM and Public Procurement Portals
- Should have handled tenders from PSUs , & Govt departments like health, municipal corporations, agricultural departments, police etc.
- Robust understanding of EVs and EV ecosystem , including battery chemistry, charging protocols, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling compared to diesel/petrol counterparts.
- Must be open to travel extensively
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, emerging EV OEM.
- High level of patience and persistence required to manage long government sales cycles and complex regulatory hurdles
- Existing relationships with state transport departments is a significant advantage
