Role Description The Graduate Apprentice Program at CAF in Gurugram is a full-time, in office role designed to develop early-career talent in sustainable mobility and transportation solutions. Apprentices will support program coordination activities, assist in tracking project milestones, and contribute to documentation and reporting for various internal and external initiatives.



Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing operational data, preparing presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer-focused services.

Participants will engage in training sessions, shadow experienced professionals, and provide support in customer interactions and service follow-up under guidance from mentors. The program offers structured learning, exposure to global best practices, and opportunities to grow into future roles within CAF.

Qualifications

Must have Engineering Degree in #BTECH/ #BE (Mechanical 2026 pass out)

- Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with teams, prepare clear reports, and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to assist in handling inquiries, supporting client-focused activities, and maintaining professional relationships.
- Relevant degree in engineering, management, transportation, or a related field; recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools) and good written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
