Orbiqe Technologies is looking for a target-oriented Government Business Development Manager who can independently acquire government projects in IT services, software development, IT manpower, and technical manpower outsourcing.

The ideal candidate must have a robust network within government departments and PSUs, proven project acquisition experience, and excellent knowledge of GeM and government tendering processes.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Acquire government IT services and manpower projects on a consistent monthly basis.
- Generate business through government departments, PSUs, and public-sector organizations.
- Identify, evaluate, and participate in relevant GeM tenders and government bids.




- Manage the complete business development cycle, from lead generation to project closure.
- Build strong client relationships and negotiate commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
- Maintain a pipeline of upcoming tenders and business opportunities.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in government business development.
- Strong government network and proven track record of project acquisition.
- Practical knowledge of GeM, tendering, and bidding procedures.
- Experience in IT services, software development, or manpower projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
