Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Google Ads role based in Bengaluru for an immediate joiner. The role involves planning, creating, and managing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility across search, display, and other relevant networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include keyword research, ad copywriting, setting up targeting and bidding strategies, and optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and cost per lead.

The team member will regularly monitor analytics, prepare performance reports,



and collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals. The role also includes A/B testing ad creatives and landing pages, ensuring compliance with platform policies, and staying updated on Google Ads best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Carpentry skills with a solid understanding of construction and installation basics.
- Mandatory : 2+years of experience in Google Ads.
- Preferred Candidates - Real Estate Industry experience
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using Power Tools safely and efficiently for detailed and large-scale tasks.
- Candidates should possess experience in Framing work, including measuring, cutting, and assembling structural components.
- Candidates should possess skill in using Hand Tools for precise, manual adjustments and finishing tasks.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Finish Carpentry, focusing on quality detailing, fittings, and aesthetic completion of projects.
- Relevant experience in Google Ads campaign management, digital marketing, and performance optimization is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools, and the ability to interpret data for decision-making are preferred.
- A background in marketing, business, or a related field, along with the ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines, will be an advantage.
