We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Expert with a proven track record of running and optimising high-budget lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, performance-focused, and capable of improving lead quality while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search and Performance Max (PMax).
- Manage monthly ad spends of $25,000+ for lead generation businesses across sectors such as education, real estate, insurance, or similar industries.
- Monitor CPL (Cost Per Lead), conversion rates, lead quality, and overall campaign performance.
- Implement offline conversion tracking and integrate Google Ads with CRM systems to measure qualified leads and actual business outcomes.
- Identify optimisation opportunities to improve campaign performance and maximise ROI.

Mandatory Requirements

1. Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google lead generation campaigns, including Search and PMax, with monthly spends of $25,000 or more.

Proof of Performance: Must be able to share their screen or provide screenshots of Google Ads accounts they have managed, demonstrating CPL trends, lead quality, and offline conversions tracked back to the CRM. Sensitive client information may be redacted.
