Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Gold Loan Executive with at least 1 year of relevant experience in gold loan operations, gold jewellery evaluation, or customer handling. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with gold loan services, evaluating gold jewellery, and ensuring smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and explain gold loan products, policies, and procedures.
- Evaluate gold jewellery for purity, weight, and eligibility as per company guidelines.
- Assist customers with gold loan applications and documentation.
- Verify customer KYC documents and maintain accurate records.
- Explain loan amounts, interest rates, repayment terms, and other applicable charges.
- Handle customer queries and provide professional service.
- Ensure the protected handling and proper documentation of gold jewellery.




- Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow company policies and security procedures while handling gold and customer documents.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in gold loans, jewellery sales, gold buying, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of gold purity, weight, and valuation is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain customer confidentiality.
