Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct gold appraisals to determine the value of gold ornaments for loan purposes.
- Manage customer interactions, ensuring timely disbursement of loans and resolving queries related to loan processing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while handling cash transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of all loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years' experience in gold loan operations or a similar industry.
- Solid knowledge of gold appraising techniques and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
