Gold Appraiser

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Gold Appraiser to join our agile Sales team. In this role, you will assess the quality and value of gold items, support customers through the gold loan process, and contribute to revenue goals through effective sales and direct marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct accurate gold valuation and appraisal for loan processing, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
2. Educate customers on gold loan products, terms, and repayment options, delivering exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
3. Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly gold loan targets.
4. Execute direct marketing activities to promote gold loans and attract new customers.
5. Maintain detailed records of appraisals, transactions,



and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
6. Stay current with market trends in gold prices and loan products to provide informed advice to clients.
7. Ensure all gold items are securely stored, cataloged, and handled per company policies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1–5 years of experience in gold appraisal, or financial services focusing on gold loans.
3. Proven sales and marketing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
4. Strong knowledge of gold valuation techniques and market pricing trends.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
7. Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
