Important Information for Candidates

- Payroll: The selected candidate will be employed on the payroll of Spruce Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
- Client Project: The candidate will work on an Infosys project.
- PAN Card Mandatory: A valid PAN card and PAN number are mandatory for the Infosys client submission process. PAN details are required for client submission and duplicate-profile verification.
- Budget: 13.8 LPA fixed. Candidates must be comfortable with the specified budget.

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Go (Golang) Developer with strong expertise in backend application development, microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance applications, implementing system integrations, and supporting enterprise-grade software solutions.

The candidate should also possess robust problem-solving skills and experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, production support, and Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Go (Golang).
- Build and maintain microservices-based applications and distributed systems.
- Develop REST APIs and implement integrations with internal and external enterprise applications.
- Work with SQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server.




- Implement secure, reliable, and high-performance application components.
- Containerize applications using Docker and support deployments on Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline application build, testing, and deployment.
- Perform unit testing, participate in code reviews, and follow secure coding standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve application incidents.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Contribute to application modernization, transformation, and large-scale transaction-processing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment.

Mandatory Skills
- 610 years of overall software engineering experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Go (Golang).
- Strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and software development best practices.
- Experience with unit testing, code reviews, and secure coding practices.
- Strong debugging,



production support, incident resolution, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Ability to develop maintainable, scalable, and high-performance backend solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of gRPC and service-to-service communication.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and Apache Kafka.
- Experience in data migration and large-scale transaction processing.
- Exposure to application modernization and enterprise transformation projects.
