Location: India (Remote)
Program Scale: 70,000 devices globally
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate global laptop refresh plans, schedules, milestones, and deployment targets.
- Manage stakeholders across country teams, local IT, suppliers, and operations.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and deployment readiness.
- Coordinate communications, pilot deployments, go-live, and hypercare.
- Monitor device ordering, delivery, returns, asset reconciliation, and disposal.
- Maintain project documentation, SOPs, governance reports, and dashboards.
- Track KPIs, refresh completion, compliance, and operational performance.
Required Skills:
- Global IT deployment / transition management.
- Stakeholder and supplier coordination.
- Project planning, risk management, and reporting.
- IT asset lifecycle management and compliance.
- Robust Excel, PowerPoint, communication, and documentation skills.
