Job Profile:

1. Production

Responsible for achieving the daily & monthly target from specific line as per defined UPPH / UPH.

Responsible for timely clearance of online rejection material and accordingly maintain the rejection data.

Responsible for daily rejection replacement of material from RM WH.

Responsible for maintaining the line / machine; if any breakdown or issues / abnormalities related to line / machine shall be intimated to the concerned team.

2. Quality

Assist Team in verification & checking of material inspection or components available in the SAP system.

To carry out the various process-wise activities as per defined parameters / SOP.

3. Production Planning & Control (PPC)

Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly production plan.

Ensure material availability on production line as per target.

Responsible for the scheduling of work order as per weekly targets.

Implementation of 6S by ensuring inspection and compliance and accordingly to maintain applicable documentation of the same.

4. Industrial Engineering (IE)





Responsible for continuous monitoring of line and Cycle time study to increase in line balancing ratio for process improvement.

Responsible for maintaining Cycle time study report for existing and new models on daily basis.

5. Manufacturing Engineering (ME)

Responsible for timely testing and changeover of models / products as per set parameters.

Responsible for on time testing and checking of 1st Piece Pass of recent work order and accordingly process sheet to be updated as per defined process / criteria and set parameters.

6. Equipment Maintenance (EM)

Assist Line Engineers in the day-to-day work and ensure preventive maintenance of all equipments, lines or machines.

Responsible for line start up, verification and initialization of all machines and lines.

Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation at plant.

Ensure on time maintenance of equipments and machines or lines.
