We’re looking for an AI Engineer who enjoys building practical AI products and taking features from idea to production.

What you’ll do

- Build and improve AI voice and chat agents.
- Develop LLM workflows, tool calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Integrate agents with CRMs, scheduling platforms, and business APIs.
- Build backend services using Python, FastAPI, and TypeScript.
- Improve response quality, latency, reliability, and cost.
- Debug production issues and deliver features based on customer feedback.

What we’re looking for

- Strong Python skills and experience building REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, agent frameworks,



and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with databases, Git, Docker, and cloud deployment.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ownership of your work.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work in a fast-moving startup.

Bonus skills Experience with real-time voice, telephony, WebSockets, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, AWS, or AI evaluation and observability.
