NextMantra Solutions is looking for an Agentic AI Engineer with hands-on experience building AI agents, working with LangChain and LangGraph, and developing voice-based conversational AI tools.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Build multi-agent workflows, tool-calling systems, and AI-powered automation.
- Develop voice-based conversational AI tools that enable natural, real-time interactions.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with APIs, databases, and external tools.
- Build conversational pipelines involving speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and LLM integration.
- Implement memory, context management, RAG, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Optimize AI solutions for latency, scalability, reliability, and response quality.
- Evaluate and improve agent performance through testing and monitoring.





? Required Skills
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or software development.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LangChain, and LangGraph.
- Proven experience developing voice conversation tools or conversational AI applications.
- Robust Python programming skills.
- Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and API integrations.
- Knowledge of speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and real-time voice pipelines.
- Understanding of RAG, vector databases, and AI agent memory.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment of AI applications is a plus.

? Good to Have
- Experience with real-time voice AI frameworks and streaming audio.
- Knowledge of WebSockets, asynchronous programming, and low-latency systems.
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, and production deployment.
