About the Role

We are seeking experienced Generative AI and Agentic AI Technical Trainers to deliver industry-oriented training programs covering Python programming, data science, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, microservices, and production deployment.

The trainer will deliver structured technical sessions combining conceptual instruction, hands-on coding, real-world use cases, practical assignments, and implementation-focused projects.

We are open to trainers who can deliver Level 1 (Gen AI L1), Level 2 (Gen AI L2), or both programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructor-led technical training through live coding, demonstrations, and practical exercises.
- Teach Python programming, data science, machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI fundamentals.
- Explain LLM architecture, prompt templates, LangChain, and AI agent development.
- Train participants to build APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, and Pydantic.
- Demonstrate the development and integration of agentic AI applications.
- Teach agent design patterns, agent personas, execution, inferencing, and lifecycle management.
- Explain agent knowledge bases, human-in-the-loop workflows, tool discovery, and agent communication.
- Cover multi-agent systems, state management, control flow, and LangGraph.
- Introduce LLM gateways, including LiteLLM, and their role in AI application architectures.
- Teach DevOps practices for agentic AI applications, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
- Introduce agent observability, monitoring, and operational best practices.
- Develop practical assignments, coding exercises, and project-based learning activities.
- Help learners build implementation-ready skills through real-world technical examples.

- Agentic AI Foundations and Design Patterns: 2 days
- Programming Frameworks for Agentic Systems: 5 days
- Agent Persona Modeling, Execution, and Inferencing: 2 days
- Agent Knowledge Bases and Human in the Loop: 5 days
- DevOps for Agentic AI Applications: 3 days
- Agent Tool Discovery and Communication: 8 days

- Building and Deploying Agents Using Automated CI/CD Pipelines: 3 days
- Agentic AI, LiteLLM, LLM Gateways, Design Patterns, and Agent Lifecycle: 3 days

- Prior experience delivering corporate training, technical workshops, bootcamps, or instructor-led programs is preferred.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience designing coding exercises, practical assignments, and implementation projects.




- A portfolio of relevant projects or GitHub repositories is an advantage.

Training Delivery Requirements
- Delivery mode: In-person instructor-led training; accomodation provided for 75 days
- Engagement: Contract, freelance, or project-based.
- Curriculum allocation: Candidates may apply for L1, L2, or both.
- Teaching approach: Hands-on coding, live demonstrations, practical exercises, and project implementation.
- Location: Trainers who can support the program in Mysore or deliver remotely may apply; confirm the final arrangement during selection.
