Detailed Role Overview:

- The client is seeking an experienced General Manager Group Finance & Accounts to oversee group accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow management, fund planning, statutory audits, tax filings, and month-end closing activities.

- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial information, effective financial planning, and adherence to applicable statutory and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee group accounts and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

- Prepare, review, and coordinate monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports.

- Monitor cash flow and support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.

- Manage fund planning to meet business and operational financial requirements.





- Coordinate statutory audits, maintain supporting documentation, and address audit observations.

- Oversee timely and accurate tax filings in accordance with applicable requirements.

- Manage the month-end closing process and ensure timely financial closure and reporting.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect financial data and resolve accounting discrepancies.

- Support management with reliable financial information for planning and decision-making.
