Role & responsibilities

1. GEM Portal Management:

- Complete handling of GEM Seller account - product listing, catalog management, price updating
- Daily searching of relevant bids, BOQ bids, and custom bids on GEM portal
- Understanding tender specifications and eligibility criteria

1. Bid Participation & Documentation:

- Preparation of technical and financial bids for GEM tenders
- Uploading required documents - OEM Authorization, ATC, Turnover, Experience, MSE, Make in India certificates
- Coordinating with production / purchase team for pricing and stock

1. Vendor Assessment & Compliance:

- Handling Vendor Assessment, OEM Panel, Brand Approval on GEM
- Ensuring compliance with GEM GTC, ATC, and all government guidelines

1. Tender Follow-up & Order Execution:

- Regular follow-up for bid status, technical evaluation, price bid opening
- Communication with buyers/departments for clarifications




- Coordination with sales and dispatch team for order execution after winning bid

1. Reporting & Coordination:

- Maintain daily MIS of bids participated, won, lost, and pipeline
- Track EMD, Performance Security (PBG), and payment follow-up
- Coordinate with CA / accounts for turnover certificates, MSME, NSIC, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in Safety Products, Industrial Supplies, Office Supplies, or similar category on GeM
- Experience in handling defence, PSU, railways, or other central/state government tenders
