We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Product Engineer who is passionate about building scalable software products and leveraging AI-powered development tools to accelerate product development, improve code quality, and solve complex technical challenges.

## Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
- Build responsive web interfaces using Angular and cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Develop robust back-end services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Leverage AI models and AI-powered coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and code optimization.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Design, optimize, and maintain databases, including schema design and query performance tuning.
- Take end-to-end ownership of product features, from requirement analysis through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot bugs, resolve production issues, and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, secure, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and data integrity.

## Required Technical Skills
- AI-Assisted Development
- Hands-on experience using AI models and AI-powered development tools such as Claude, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to use AI tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, test case creation, and technical documentation.
- Ability to validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Backend Development
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot or equivalent back-end technologies.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Frontend Development




- Hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Ability to build responsive, user-friendly, and maintainable web applications.
- Mobile Application Development
- Experience with Flutter and Dart for cross-platform Android and iOS application development.
- Database and Tools
- Solid knowledge of MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Git, version control, debugging, and code reviews.
- Experience with application deployment, server configuration, and production troubleshooting.

## Good to Have
- Experience developing SaaS products or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Knowledge of Android/iOS integrations and mobile application deployment.
- Experience with POS systems, payment gateways, online ordering, or third-party API integrations.
- Understanding of offline-first applications, data synchronization, application monitoring, and performance optimization.

## Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 36 years of relevant software development experience.
- Practical experience in full-stack development, with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Flutter.
- Experience incorporating AI-assisted development tools into everyday engineering workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of product features.
