The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to build and scale core parts of our platform. You’ll own features end to end: database, APIs, and the UI people interact with. You’ll work closely with product, design, and AI engineers.

What You’ll Do

- Build and ship features across frontend and backend, from idea to production
- Design clean, scalable REST/GraphQL APIs and data models
- Build quick, responsive interfaces with a strong eye for UX
- Integrate AI/ML services and third-party APIs (ATS, calendars,



video, etc.)
- Write tested, maintainable code and take part in code reviews
- Monitor, debug, and improve performance and reliability in production

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of hands-on full stack development experience
- Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, with React (or Next.js) on the frontend
- Backend experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI/Django)
- Solid with databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL and/or MongoDB
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Able to take ambiguous problems and ship working solutions quickly
