Key Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with applicable FSSAI regulations, including the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and relevant rules and regulations.

- Verify product formulations, ingredients, additives, and nutritional compositions for regulatory compliance.

- Review product labels, packaging artwork, claims, declarations, and nutritional information before approval.

- Maintain FSSAI licences, regulatory documents, product specifications, and compliance records.

- Monitor compliance with GMP, GHP, hygiene, sanitation, and applicable Schedule 4 requirements.

- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Production, and Purchase departments to ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.

- Maintain records of raw materials, finished products, batch manufacturing, testing,



traceability, and product recalls.

- Coordinate product testing, laboratory reports, audits, inspections, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Track regulatory amendments and implement necessary changes in formulations, labelling, documentation, and manufacturing processes.

- Support regulatory submissions, licence modifications, annual returns, and other applicable statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
