Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, well-groomed, and friendly Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, welcome visitors, handle calls, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Manage visitor records and maintain front desk documentation.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain office records and assist with data entry.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth front desk operations.




- Maintain a professional and organized reception area.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in front office or reception, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office and MS Word .
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English .
- Positive interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
- Presentable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
