Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Officer to handle the maintenance and troubleshooting of wool combing machinery, ensuring smooth plant operations and minimum equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of wool combing machinery.
- Maintain and troubleshoot scouring machines, carding machines, combers, and gill boxes.
- Identify mechanical faults and ensure timely equipment restoration.
- Follow maintenance schedules to ensure reliable machine performance and minimise downtime.

Requirements

- 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in wool or wool tops manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with wool combing machinery is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of scouring, carding, combers, and gill box equipment.
- Expertise in preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and mechanical troubleshooting.
