Front Desk Executive – Jupiter Pet Hospital

Jupiter Pet Hospital, a 24/7 multispeciality veterinary hospital in Hyderabad, is looking for a professional, well-spoken and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our team.

The role primarily involves face-to-face client interaction, billing and front desk management. No telecalling or phone-based customer support is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome pet parents and provide a professional, friendly reception experience.
- Handle client enquiries and assist with hospital services.
- Prepare invoices, process billing and collect payments.
- Coordinate with veterinarians and hospital staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain accurate billing records and daily transaction reports.
- Handle client concerns professionally and courteously.
- Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area.

Requirements




- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi communication skills; Telugu is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, aviation, premium retail or front desk operations preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use billing software.
- Qualified appearance, positive attitude and strong client-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a pet hospital environment.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. Work Location: Jupiter Pet Hospital, Hyderabad.

Candidates with strong customer service or client relationship management experience are encouraged to apply, even without prior healthcare experience.
