Job Summary

Virtual Oplossing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our Logistics team as Freight Brokers. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the US logistics industry. You will receive training on freight brokerage operations, carrier management, customer communication, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn the freight brokerage process.
- Build relationships with shippers and carriers.
- Match loads with carriers.
- Negotiate freight rates.
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries.
- Prepare shipping documents including BOLs.
- Monitor shipments and resolve issues.
- Communicate shipment updates.
- Maintain records using freight software and Excel.




- Stay updated on market trends and regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Freshers welcome.
- Basic Microsoft Excel & MS Office knowledge.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts. Preferred Skills
