We are looking for SWE who want to be Foward Deployed Engineers and we move fast with AI.

At Seranai, you’ll help fast-growing clients connect their operations, sales, and customer support through ERPNext, Frappe CRM, and Frappe Helpdesk. We’re looking for someone who enjoys both writing great code and working with people to solve real business challenges.

? What you’ll do

- Build custom applications, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automations using the Frappe Framework.
- Customize and integrate ERPNext, Frappe CRM, and Frappe Helpdesk.
- Connect external systems through REST APIs and webhooks.
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements, recommend solutions, and demonstrate your work.
- Own features from initial discussion through development, testing, deployment, and improvement.

? What you’ll bring

- 2–6 years of total professional experience, including at least 2–3 years of hands-on Frappe Framework development.




- Practical development and implementation experience with ERPNext, Frappe CRM, and Frappe Helpdesk.
- Strong Python, JavaScript, SQL/MariaDB, and Git skills.
- Experience with custom apps, DocTypes, hooks, permissions, and client/server scripts.
- Robust spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead client conversations and explain technical ideas clearly.
- Initiative, ownership, and a genuine interest in understanding how businesses work.
