Your responsibilities

This role offers an excellent opportunity to partner with business leaders, drive financial planning and performance management, and contribute to strategic decision-making in a energetic and fast-growing business environment.

- Analyze P&L;, financial metrics, variances, sales, and profitability to generate actionable business insights.
- Support AOP, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning,



and month-end closing.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and performance commentary.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders on financial decision-making.
- Drive reporting standardization, automation, and process improvements

Your profile
- CA or MBA from a Tier-1 university/institution.
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A;, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance, Audit, or related functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen with a result-oriented approach.
- Self-driven, proactive, and independent, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
