Hiring: Founding CTO | AI Agents & Enterprise Technology
I’m looking for a hands-on technology leader to join an early-stage venture building AI-powered products and autonomous agents for enterprise workflows.
The ideal candidate
- 7–12 years of engineering experience, with 3–5 years building and deploying production systems.
- Strong in backend architecture, APIs, cloud infrastructure and AI/agentic systems.
- Proven track record of taking AI solutions from prototype to live customer deployment.
- Comfortable handling customer integrations, troubleshooting production issues and owning implementation end-to-end.
- Capable of building products hands-on today and leading a technical team as we scale.
What’s on offer: A founding-level role with meaningful equity participation, direct ownership of the technology roadmap, and the opportunity to build from the ground up.
This is an equity-based prospect with no fixed salary at the outset.
I’m looking for a builder who combines technical depth, customer-delivery experience and a founder’s mindset.
