We're looking for a Founder’s Associate Intern to work directly with the Founder on strategy, growth, product, operations, research, and high-priority business initiatives.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to understand how an early-stage startup is actually built and scaled.

? Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Founder on strategic and business initiatives.
- Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research.
- Analyse business performance, customer behaviour, and growth opportunities.
- Support product, marketing, sales, operations, and business development initiatives.
- Help identify problems and develop practical solutions.
- Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and business documents.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Track important projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Support new launches, experiments, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Take ownership of special projects from idea → execution → results.
- Assist the Founder with day-to-day strategic priorities.

? What We're Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Curious about startups, business, technology, and product.




- Comfortable working across different functions.
- Highly organised with strong follow-up skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Previous experience in startups, consulting, product, business development, or entrepreneurship is a plus.
