Infinizy Global is entering its next chapter in corporate learning and development, HR and workforce solutions. We're looking for a proactive, commercially curious individual to work directly with the founder and help turn ideas and business opportunities into measurable growth.

This is an chance to go beyond theory, contribute to real projects and see how a business operates, builds client relationships and creates new opportunities.

What You'll Work On

Business Development & Client Relationships

- Organise client information and build a structured outreach pipeline.
- Research prospective clients, decision-makers, competitors and new business opportunities.
- Support professional outreach, networking and client follow-ups.
- Help identify training, learning and development, and HR requirements.
- Support opportunities from initial conversations through to proposals and follow-ups.

Research & Strategy

- Explore market trends, customer needs and potential service offerings.

- Prepare research briefs, presentations, meeting notes and proposals.
- Evaluate opportunities and contribute ideas backed by research and commercial reasoning.

Founder's Office & Project Coordination

- Work closely with the founder on meetings, proposals, priorities and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with website and digital media contributors on business content.
- Organise training materials, testimonials, case studies and other business assets.




- Track projects, actions and deadlines to keep things moving.

Client & Programme Support

- Support approved client meetings, training programmes and outreach activities when needed.

- Attend occasional in-person activities and travel for business requirements, with approved work-related expenses covered.

Who We're Looking For?

We're open to recent graduates and penultimate- or final-year students in business management, HR, marketing,



consulting or related fields.

You might be a great fit if you:

- Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and conversation.
- Enjoy research, problem-solving, presentations and turning information into actionable ideas.
- Are comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and keeping information organised.
- Can communicate professionally and follow up independently.
- Are curious about business strategy, HR, learning and development, consulting or technology.
- Take initiative, manage priorities and work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Know when to take ownership and when to seek approval.

Previous business development experience is helpful, but not essential. We value curiosity, reliability, sound judgement and a willingness to learn.

Working Arrangement & Growth Opportunity

This is a 90-day, unpaid internship with performance-based commission. The arrangement is remote-first and hybrid, with occasional in-person attendance and business travel as required.

Commission eligibility, calculation and payment terms will be documented and agreed before commencement. Approved work-related travel and other agreed expenses, including applicable transport, accommodation and meals, will be reimbursed.

Candidates will receive defined responsibilities, agreed performance goals and regular feedback throughout the engagement.
