Role: Forward Deployed Engineering Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Forward Deployed Engineering Lead with 18–21 years of experience in Java Full Stack Engineering, solution architecture, technical leadership, and hands-on Generative AI and Agentic AI development.

The ideal candidate will combine solid engineering expertise with practical AI implementation experience, leading the development of enterprise-grade applications and secure, scalable, AI-powered solutions. This role requires hands-on coding, architecture ownership, client engagement, and technical team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and JavaScript.
- Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LLM APIs.
- Develop AI agents, tool-calling workflows, agent orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
- Implement Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication, authentication, and authorization using secure protocols and token-based mechanisms.
- Design scalable REST APIs, microservices, and secure enterprise architectures.
- Collaborate directly with clients and business stakeholders to translate requirements into production-ready solutions.
- Drive engineering standards, code quality, performance optimization, security,



and reliability.
- Lead deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of AI-powered applications.
- Mentor engineering teams while remaining actively involved in hands-on development.

Required Technical Skills

- Java Full Stack: Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Generative AI: LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LLM Integration.
- Agentic AI: AI Agents, Tool Calling, Agent Orchestration, Multi-Agent Systems.
- A2A & Security: Agent-to-Agent Protocol, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), Authentication, Authorization, Token-Based Security.
- Architecture & Cloud: Solution Architecture, API Design, AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
- Leadership: Technical Strategy, Client Engagement, Solution Design, Team Leadership, End-to-End Delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience deploying and maintaining enterprise AI applications in production.
- Strong hands-on coding and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, distributed systems.
- Ability to balance technical leadership, architecture decisions, and implementation.
- Excellent client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
