Role Description: The Foundations, Consulting, Civil Society & Development Advisory – Academic Fellow / Intern. The role can be done as part of the academic curriculum for highly structured colleges. The role involves supporting consulting and advisory projects for foundations, civil society organizations, and development initiatives through research, data analysis, and policy review.

The Fellow/Intern will assist in designing the establishments and preparing templates, content, programing with strategy and engagement. Consulting Academic shall focus on proposing coordinating partners, documenting project progress, and supporting training and capacity-building presentations.

Collation of through process, leadership, knowledge products requiring high articulation, analytical standards, learning from field realities, and participating in internal discussions and reviews.

Qualifications: Projection of the data pointers and research insights to document the projects and facilitate a visualised view for the consultants, clients, soon-to-be fellows, students, and governments





- Consulting and management consulting boards to support problem-solving, strategy formulation, and client-focused advisory work.
- Drafting page templates for the functional elements of the organisation, reports, industry pointers, and stakeholders. Capacity-building with civil society, foundations, sector stakeholders.
- Interest in public policy, governance, development studies, economics, social impact, strategy proposals, mentorship, academic programs, career progression,

- Academic experience, internships, project work in consulting, research, development sectors is mandatory.
- Deep Design Thinking skills, Articulation of thoughts to a page template, client thinking, industry-sector-based knowledge, structuring of content of development consulting organisations.
- Understanding the working methodology of consulting organisations, partners, industry partners, frameworks, and the economic aspects of the project proposals.
- The assignment is proposed on a mutual consent process and is highly competitive. The KPIs will focus on partnership proposals with colleges and universities and the development of contextual content in the public domain.y
- Focused on strategy, design, cross-sectoral studies, and intensive use of AI for consulting structures. Presentations, deep-driven data algorithms, frameworks, perceptive prompting structures.
- Academic to technical understanding and drawing organisational design structures, developing loop line content, understanding of aesthetics used in website design.
