About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer & FMCG Packaging Designer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in designing user interfaces, digital experiences, and consumer product packaging.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, an understanding of FMCG branding and packaging, and the ability to create visually appealing, functional, and market-ready designs. Basic-level video editing skills are also required to support social media content and marketing creatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. UI/UX Design

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for websites, landing pages, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Develop responsive layouts and maintain consistency across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Maintain and update design systems, components, and visual guidelines.

1. FMCG Packaging Design

- Design attractive, commercially viable packaging for FMCG and food & beverage products.
- Create labels, pouches, cartons, bottles, cans, jars, and other packaging formats.
- Develop packaging concepts aligned with brand positioning, target audiences, and market trends.
- Prepare print-ready artwork with correct dimensions, bleed, dielines, typography, and colour specifications.




- Coordinate with printing vendors and manufacturers to ensure accurate production output.
- Ensure packaging designs accommodate applicable product labelling and regulatory requirements, including FSSAI-related declarations where relevant.
- Adapt packaging designs across product variants, flavours, sizes, and SKUs.

1. Branding & Graphic Design

- Create brand identities, logos, brand guidelines, marketing collateral, brochures, and presentations.
- Design social media posts, digital advertisements, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Maintain visual consistency across packaging, digital platforms, and marketing materials.

1. Basic Video Editing

- Perform beginner-level video editing for reels, short-form videos, product showcases, and promotional content.
- Handle basic trimming, transitions, text overlays, subtitles, music synchronisation, and simple animations.
- Resize and adapt video content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design and/or FMCG packaging and graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UI/UX and packaging capabilities.




- Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
- Robust working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Understanding of packaging layouts, dielines, print production, and pre-press requirements.
- Valuable understanding of typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and brand identity.
- Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback.
- Strong attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, D2C brands, or consumer product packaging.
- Familiarity with food packaging labels and FSSAI labelling requirements.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or After Effects.
- Experience designing product landing pages and conversion-focused digital creatives.
