RupeeQ is looking for a hands-on Flutter App Developer who can translate business requirements into secure, fast, and intuitive mobile experiences.

You will work closely with designers, backend developers, and business teams to build and improve our Android and iOS applications. We’re looking for someone who takes responsibility for the complete journey—from understanding a requirement to writing code, releasing features, and resolving issues after launch.

Key Responsibilities

● Build and improve the app: Develop customer-facing features using Flutter and Dart, with consistent behaviour across Android and iOS.

● Bring designs to life: Convert UI/UX designs into responsive screens, reusable components, and smooth customer journeys.

● Connect systems: Integrate backend APIs and third-party SDKs for authentication, eligibility checks, application tracking, document uploads, and other product requirements.

● Manage application state: Use an appropriate state management approach to keep complex journeys reliable and maintainable.

● Integrate Firebase: Implement push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, and other Firebase services as required.

● Keep customer journeys reliable: Handle slow networks, API failures, loading states, validation errors, and session expiry clearly.

● Protect customer information: Apply secure storage, authentication, permission handling, and protected logging practices.

● Improve performance: Identify and fix slow screens, excessive rebuilds, memory issues, crashes, and app startup delays.





● Test and debug: Reproduce issues, identify root causes, write meaningful tests, and verify fixes across devices.

● Own releases: Prepare builds, manage signing and versioning, and handle Google Play Store and Apple App Store submissions and updates.

● Collaborate and document: Participate in code reviews, maintain clear technical documentation, and coordinate dependencies with designers and backend developers.

● Take ownership of assigned work through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

● Share realistic timelines and communicate blockers or delivery risks early.

● Investigate problems independently and work with the team to resolve them.

● Balance delivery speed with security, performance, and a smooth user experience.

Knowledge and Skills You Should Have

● Flutter and Dart: Strong practical understanding of widgets, layouts, navigation, app lifecycle, asynchronous programming, null safety, and reusable components.

● Android and iOS development:



Understanding of platform differences, permissions, build configurations, and native integrations through platform channels when needed.

● API integration: REST APIs, JSON, authentication tokens, pagination, timeouts, retries, and error handling.

● State management: Hands-on knowledge of an approach such as Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC, with the ability to explain your choices.

● Firebase: Practical familiarity with Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics, and Authentication.

● App architecture: Ability to separate UI, business logic, and data access so the application remains easy to extend.

● App security: Secure token storage, session handling, secure network communication, and protection of sensitive customer data.

● Performance and debugging: Flutter DevTools, profiling, crash investigation, and root-cause analysis.

● Testing and deployment: Unit and widget testing, release builds, Android signing, iOS certificates and provisioning, and app store submission processes.

● Team development: Git, code reviews, API documentation, and effective collaboration with designers and backend developers.
