Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, support strategic financial planning, and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning & Management: Implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures; support budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements and management reports, analyse financial performance, monitor KPIs, and recommend corrective actions.

- Cash Flow & Working Capital: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain financial stability.

- Accounting & Internal Controls: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate accounting records, and implement effective internal controls.

- Audit & Compliance: Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance while ensuring adherence to applicable financial regulations.

- Risk Management: Identify financial risks, evaluate business performance, and recommend measures to optimise financial resources.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights to management and other stakeholders.

- Process Improvement: Streamline financial processes,



improve reporting efficiency, and stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in financial management, accounting, or finance operations.

- A Master's degree in Finance or professional qualification such as CA is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.

- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

- Positive understanding of financial statements, ratios, and KPIs.

- Experience in cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.

- Proficiency in financial software, accounting systems, and advanced MS Excel.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in the legal, financial services, or insurance industry will be an added advantage.
