Job Responsibilities

- Perform daily accounting entries, including bank, cash, and expense transactions.

- Prepare and process customer invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable management.

- Verify supplier invoices, expense claims, and supporting documents.

- Perform bank, cash, credit card, and vendor account reconciliations.

- Follow up on outstanding customer payments and supplier balances.

- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation.

- Assist in shipment/job costing, job closing, and freight-related accounting activities.

- Support monthly closing activities and prepare basic MIS reports.

- Coordinate with operations, sales, and finance teams across international branches.

- Assist with inter-branch accounting and resolve accounting discrepancies.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.





- 0–1 years of experience in accounting or finance; freshers with positive accounting knowledge may also apply.

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.

- Knowledge of GST, VAT, or international accounting practices is an added advantage.

- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates interested in building a career in finance and accounting.

- Candidates with logistics, freight forwarding, or service-industry accounting experience will have an advantage.

- Candidates who are organized, responsible, proactive, and comfortable working with international teams.
