Role Description The Finance Executive role at Dentis India Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Finance

Executive will manage day-to-day finance operations, including preparation and review of financial statements, maintenance of general ledgers, and support for periodic closing activities.

Responsibilities include assisting in financial reporting, monitoring cash flows, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring accurate documentation of transactions. The role also involves handling Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, coordinating with auditors and tax advisors, and preparing reports for management decision-making.

Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain financial discipline, support process improvements, and uphold regulatory and company policies.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance, with the ability to interpret and work with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to review data, identify trends, and support management decisions.
- Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and experience in GST compliance and filings.
- Experience with accounting software, spreadsheets, and ERP systems for accurate financial data management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA Finance) are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or medical devices finance is beneficial.
