Position: Manager General Ledger, Audit & Financial Reporting •

Role purpose

Own the general ledger and the month-end close, prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements under Ind AS, and act as the single point of coordination for all audits.

General Ledger

- Review the GL periodically and pass corrective entries before close
- Ensure accurate and timely closure of books of accounts
- Review the trial balance, P&L; analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
- Review periodical standalone and consolidated financial statements in line with Ind AS and Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013
- Support preparation of MIS, variance analysis and management reports
- Coordinate with auditors for timely and smooth completion of quarterly and annual audits
- Support internal audits, tax audit and grant audits
- Prepare audit committee reports

Audit & Compliance





- Lead coordination for, statutory, tax and regulatory audits
- Ensure timely preparation of audit schedules and responses to auditor queries
- Drive closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions
- Maintain solid internal controls and supporting documentation

Candidate requirements

- Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience
- Working knowledge of Ind AS, Schedule III and the Companies Act, 2013; exposure to consolidation of multiple entities
- Hands-on ERP experience (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite) and advanced Excel
- Experience managing statutory and internal audit cycles end to end
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to review the work of junior accountants.
